Postgraduate qualifications

You can study for a postgraduate certificate to gain a recognised qualification for your teaching.

PGCert in GP Education

GPs who complete the Basic Trainers Course to become a postgraduate GP trainer will also be awarded a PGCert in GP Education from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN).  The Basic Training Course consists of three 2 day modules and each module concentrates on different areas to develop, starting with preparing the practice for training.  Please note these are residential courses held in the Lake District.
